Forget about V.K.Lingam as the 5 members are in disarray trying to conclude the case. Inquiring on the 5 members should be the priority, each taking turns, I am judge you the defendant, and once this is concluded, see if they have the strength to inquire into Lingam.

The royal commission of inquiry into the Lingam tape has been adjourned to Friday to hear applications to disqualify commissioners Mahadev Shankar and Prof Dr Khoo Kay Kim.

The applications were put in respectively by lawyers representing former chief justice Mohd Eusoff Chin and lawyer VK Lingam yesterday. |

All commissioners now have had at least one recusal application against each of them but none have been successful so far.
